Research Group Leader



Description de la mission

·        Lead, motivate and direct a team of Engineers and Researchers

·        Cover a large range of technologies: Piezon, Airflow, Shock Waves and Laser

·        Represent the EMS Research Group internally and externally (events, congresses…)

·        Promote the culture of meaningful innovation

·        Act as a Project Manager for feasibility projects

·        Establish a technology survey strategy

·        Contribute to the IP strategy

·        Establish scientific publication and communication Strategy

·        Reinforce and develop academic and 3rd parties network

·        Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols

·        Play an active role in the creation of educational training tools (SDA)




·         PhD  (Mechanical Eng, Material Science Eng, Biomed Eng or equivalent)

·        Previous experience in Research Team Lead

·        Solution oriented and perseverant

·        Excellent spoken and written communication skills for efficient feedbacks and transmission of scientific results

·        Leadership skills

·        Emotional intelligence

·        strong priorization skills

·        Project Management skills

·        Open-minded, strong force to change established processes

·        Previous experience in Medical device is a strong plus
