Job description

In order to support the company’s growth in the Nordic Region, we are looking for Denmark-based National Manager to join our team to lead:

- Develops and manages a network of dealerships/partners/OEM partners.
- Ensures the evolution/development of the sales, participates in congresses and exhibitions.
- Consolidates existing client base: mostly direct sales / approaching dental clinics, plus minor share through dealers, and visiting clients on the regular basis across the whole territory,
- Promotes Guided Biofilm Therapy, executing life demos, delivering training to practitioners, driving and executing Swiss Dental Academy trainings, discussing with the end users, reaching out to universities and KOLs, training dealers and keeping them informed about our promotions,
- Trains the clients’ sales force on EMS’ GBT and range of products,
- Responsible for local CRM maintenance.


- Actively involved in the development of business strategies, defining a proper segmentation of the markets and integrating this with the company’s sales budget.
- Carries out market analyses (economic, political, healthcare aspects etc.) and scouting of relevant market development, including competitor monitoring.
- Planning and budgeting of exhibitions/congresses, as well as of the advertising activities.
- Is in charge of new EMS product introduction and reinforcement of existing products to the dealerships/partners, for example through demonstration tours, workshops and congresses.
- Prepares and develops product/pricing/sales strategies and marketing budget for the dealerships/partners.

- Follows up on the clinical centers as well as activities with the opinion leaders.
- Creates new contacts in this field upon confirmation by the immediate superior.
- Develops, maintains and manages existing and potential opinion leaders.

- Distributes/publishes high quality product support documents.
- Ensures that the clients respect the EMS norms.
- Trains the clients concerning the quality processes of EMS.

- Takes the responsibility for budgeting all activities in the area, including sales turnover and costs.
- Is responsible for applying profitability ratios as per instructions from the supervisor.

- Ensures correct and on-time payments from clients, in close cooperation with Accounting.

- Provides monthly reports about sales, marketing events, extraordinary orders/tenders, relevant information about clients, quality, competitors etc.

Other reasonable tasks could be assigned to the employee, as required.


- Previous experience with dental consumables or medical devises (for the purpose of understanding of the regulatory aspects) and comfortable with taking upon responsibility for the whole country,
- Key Account Manager background with growing potential for Field Sales Trainer / Sales Leader,
- Lot of stakeholder background needed (private, public, hospitals, KOLs),
- Eager, dynamic, keen on growing together with the organization, capable of good planning,
- Charismatic, capable of creating attention and respect within the group,
- Entrepreneurial spirit – prospecting new clients, shaping and developing the national market,
- Fluent in English & Danish.

Location: Denmark.

Need to travel: locally.
