We are excited to offer a real work experience in the international Headquarters of the market leader in Dental Prophylaxis and Endoscopic Lithotripsy. As an intern, you will be involved in operational and financial tasks supporting the FP&A team in Nyon.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
„ Reporting & Business support:

-       Support the team in preparing month-end financial reports and ad-hoc requests.

-       Extract, prepare and analyze financial and business data.

-       Prepare meetings and documentation as well as PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders.

-       Support sales teams and local finance teams.

-       Contribute to various closing activities such as customer discount and bonus calculation as well as calculation of commissions to affiliates.

-       Take an active part in the group planning cycle for Sales & Operational Expenses.

„ Projects:

-       Take ownership and develop the new internal communication platform of the FP&A team

-       Help to set up the forecasting system and process (prepare input forms, perform data input).

EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS
„ BSC in economics or equivalent

„ Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis

„ Good written and oral communication skills. Fluent in English.

„ Able to collect, evaluate and interpret data, in both statistical and narrative form  

„ Previous experience in an international environment is a plus.

Further Requirements

„ Technical Skills:

-       MS office, advanced in Excel required

-       Experience with a reporting and/or BI tool is a plus
