Job description
To increase presence on the East European market EMS opened EMS Poland affiliate. EMS Poland covers the area of Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. One of the planned steps is to offer centralized 1st Level support in the area.
As First Level Support / Technical Service Coordinator, your mission will be to:
- Secure advisory service to customers for treatments and troubleshooting of technical service issues followed by coordination of the Technical Service logistics in the area of Czechia and Slovakia (direct communication with end users, dealers, Technical Service Center at EMS Poland and local service in Slovakia, coordination of devices pick up, communication with courier company appointed, etc.).
- Actively use and update CRM system in order to support local EMS sales Team activities on Czech and Slovak market (entering SDA trainings data) and track 1st level support activities.
- Support other Czech and Slovak Team members at key congresses and exhibitions, if required.
- Make recommendations and execute permanent on-going improvements.
- Provide monthly reports about First Level Support activities.
Profile
- Verbal and written Czech and English language skills (additionally Polish and/or Slovak languages would be an advantage), clear and concise verbal, writing and presentation style, particularly when addressing technical issues and managing customer's needs.
- Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Openness to international environment.
- Ability to work independently and to use MS Office or other job-related PC applications.
- Preferably educated as Dental Hygienist (optionally Dental Assistant or Medical Engineering).
- Experience in dental business field, dental office and especially within the dental prophylaxis products would be a strong asset.
Reporting to: Head of Sales and Marketing Manager Czechia and Slovakia.
Need to travel: exceptionally.
