TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Review of Subsidiaries’ monthly reporting package contact
Ø Preparation of monthly and annual closing of Holding entities
Ø Perform intercompany accouting, including monthly accouting transactions and reconciliations
Ø Preparation of VAT statements + tax declarations
Ø Production of statutory financial statements
Ø Preparation of specific monthly analysis according to department request
Ø Participate in the implementation of our new ERP
Ø Any other tasks related to monthly and year end closing
Ø Ad hoc projects
Profile
EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS
Ø Accountant's brevet or equivalent
Ø 3 to 5 years of experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting and reporting, in an international company
Ø French and English (B2 – C1 level)
Ø Swiss GAAP FER
Ø VAT knowledge
Ø Nice to have : Tagetik, Abacus, Microsoft Dynamics
Ø Independent, autonomous and accountable team-player
Ø Proactive and flexible mindset
Ø Agile with the ability to work under pressure with though deadlines
